Great new ground-floor apartment (completion September 2022) in Greetsieler Grachten-Park II with a shared dock!

Here you’ll find everything you need for your dream vacation: The light-filled living area features a cozy L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a beautiful wood-burning stove for the colder months. From here, you can also step out onto the furnished terrace, which features four chairs, a table, two lounge chairs, and a parasol.

Adjacent to the living area is the dining table with four chairs and the kitchenette, equipped with all the essentials: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction cooktop, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, kitchen scale, hand blender, etc.

The apartment also features two bedrooms, each with a closet, TV, and double bed, as well as a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, large sink, and electric towel warmer.

The apartment’s storage room is equipped with a washer-dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack, and a charcoal grill. A crib and high chair are also available free of charge upon request at the time of booking.

You’ll also find a DVD/Blu-ray player in the living area, along with a wide selection of DVDs and Blu-rays. Books and board games are also available for your use.

The entire apartment is tiled and features comfortable underfloor heating. All windows are equipped with fly screens and pleated blinds; the bedrooms have electric exterior shutters.

Dogs are welcome in this apartment!

Free Wi-Fi is available (on-site registration required). (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.)

A parking space is included with the apartment, and a lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet is also available for your use. There is a shared dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.

We are now able to offer charging stations for electric cars at Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a fee based on usage); however, we cannot guarantee continuous and unrestricted availability.

The same building houses the accommodations “Robbe,” “Schnack-Stuuv,” and “WATT a feeling”; other accommodations in Grachtenpark II include “Grachtensteern,” “Grachtentied,” “TiefSinn,” “Unnerdack,” “Perle,” “Lieblingsort,” “Lütten Uttied,” “Malte,” and “Nordseebrise.”

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dust disturbances.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location with access to the canals offers a beautiful view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town center with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbor. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the water.
