Gemütliches Haus mit Kamin in Ruhiger Lage

This cozy house, “Schillplate” (formerly “Deichgraf”), with a fireplace, is located in a quiet yet central part of Greetsiel. With 70 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 5 people and their four-legged companions.

On the first floor, you enter through the hallway with a coat closet into the living area with kitchen, which is equipped with all the essentials, such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, small oven, ceramic cooktop, and electric kettle. The living area features a cozy L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV (55 inches), an open fireplace, and a dining table with four chairs (a fifth chair is available in the guest room). From the living room, you can also step out onto the furnished terrace, which features a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a parasol.

Also on the first floor is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with a single bed.

On the upper floor, you’ll find two more bedrooms: one with two single beds and a closet, the other with a double bed and a dresser. A baby crib is also available here. An additional guest restroom with a sink is also located on the upper floor.

In the garden, there is a bike shed for your bicycles; the entire garden is screened from view by a dense hedge.

There are two parking spaces in front of the house.

The entire house is equipped with fly screens and pleated blinds; the bedrooms can be darkened. A high chair is available for your use free of charge in the house.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this property is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

The vacation home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town center—with its romantic harbor, famous twin windmills, and cozy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dike landscape surrounding Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with stunning views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and varied excursions.
