The space:

Designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, this modern luxury studio offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The studio features a premium queen-size Murphy bed with a comfortable mattress, fresh linens, cozy comforters, and plush pillows. Easily transform the space from a spacious living area during the day into a comfortable sleeping retreat at night. The studio also features soaring ceilings, elegant recessed lighting, and a wall-mounted Smart TV for your entertainment.

For remote professionals and business travelers, the studio includes a dedicated workspace with a desk, providing a comfortable setup for working from home while enjoying high-speed Wi-Fi.

Stay comfortable year-round with a dedicated mini-split air conditioning and heating system. The fully equipped kitchen features an island-style layout with beautiful marble countertops and includes two barstools for dining, along with cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and a coffee maker—perfect for preparing meals at home.

For added convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious closet to store your personal belongings.

The modern bathroom features stunning marble tile finishes and a luxurious walk-in standing shower. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essential toiletries are provided for your stay.

Residential street parking is available in front of and around the property.

Please Note: Fred, our friendly family German Shepherd, lives on the property and spends time in the backyard. While he is not allowed inside the guest studio, guests may occasionally see or hear him during their stay.

Guest access:
Although the backyard is not accessible to guests, you will have access to a private porch area featuring outdoor seating with chairs and a table—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing outdoors in a comfortable and private setting.

Backyard space is reserved for Fred, our family German Shepherd, who lives on the property. For everyone's safety and comfort, guests are kindly asked not to enter the backyard or interact with Fred during their stay. While you may occasionally see or hear him from a distance, he remains in his designated area and does not have access to the guest studio.
