The vacation rental offers 60 square meters of space for 3 people. It is located on the upper floor of a two-family home. It features a living/dining room with a sleeper sofa and TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (consisting of two single beds, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 meters, which can also be separated). The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area and bar stools, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom, which has natural light, features a sink and a bathtub with a showerhead. There is also a separate toilet. Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. One parking space is located directly next to the house. A deposit of 50% of the total price is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one week before arrival via bank transfer. Credit card payments are not accepted. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Bachelor parties are not permitted.
