Parklane HOA charges a $25.00 security wristband fee per person age 13 and older during certain holiday periods, including Spring Break, Easter Week, and the week of July 4th. Security wristbands can be purchased at the building management office.
House Rules

You will be staying in someone else’s home, so please treat the apartment with care and respect.

During Your Stay

* Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
* No visitors are allowed. Only guests included in the reservation may stay on the property.
* Please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running to prevent humidity and condensation inside the apartment.
* If you are traveling with a pet, you are responsible for supervising it at all times. Pets must not damage furniture, décor, or any part of the property, and are not allowed on beds or sofas.
* Please take good care of the apartment and all its belongings.
* The 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided are for guest use. Please return them to the apartment in the same condition in which they were provided.

Before Check-Out

Please leave the wristbands on the kitchen counter (the replacement fee is $25 for each lost wristband).

* Wash all dishes and utensils that were used.
* Take out the trash and dispose of it in the designated area.
* Make sure all doors and windows are securely closed.
* Leave the key inside the lockbox.
* Set the air conditioner to 75°F, Cool mode, and Fan: Auto before leaving.
