Our bright and modernly furnished vacation apartment, “Panoramablick Hohegeiß,” is located on the 10th floor of the first of two apartment buildings, right next to the beautiful spa park. The vacation rental was renovated in 2021 and now shines in new splendor. Among other things, the bathroom was completely renovated in 2021, including underfloor heating and a shower. In addition, a new electric wall-mounted fireplace was installed in the living room. The building has two elevators. A free indoor pool (spa card/guest card required, but already included in the booking) and a sauna (extra fee) are located right in the building. A mini-golf course, various hiking trails, and a toboggan run are also right next to the house. Just 300 meters away is the large ski and toboggan area with ski lifts, which is easily accessible from Hohegeiß. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Of course, free public parking spaces are available near the apartment. Wi-Fi in the vacation apartment is free. Contactless check-in and check-out! The living area on the 10th floor features an open kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 cm x 195 cm) and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (90 cm x 195 cm). The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and underfloor heating. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and various other appliances (kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, and Tassimo). A sunny west-facing balcony with a magnificent panoramic view (including the Brocken!) and patio furniture are available for your use. The living room features a swivel-mounted 55-inch smart TV and a decorative electric fireplace, and the bedroom has a 32-inch smart TV. You’re welcome to book bed linens and towels—even shortly before your arrival! A toddler bed and high chair are available upon request. Please note the following: Due to a change in ownership, the excellent reviews from recent years could unfortunately not be carried over for technical reasons. Please also note: The INDOOR POOL / SAUNA are closed every November for approximately 3–4 weeks due to maintenance work! The exact dates are posted on the notice board at the indoor pool. Hohegeiß is located near Braunlage and is the ideal starting point for enjoying the many recreational activities and the beautiful nature of the Harz Mountains, regardless of the season. Whether hiking, sledding, archery, or biking—a vacation in the Harz Mountains is diverse and relaxing.
