Tucked beneath the front range on Cheyenne Boulevard, Verdant Falls is a mountain modern two-story where thoughtful design, a private backyard, and one of the best locations in Colorado Springs come together in a home you won't want to leave.



🛋️ LIVING ROOM

The living room is the kind of space you walk into and immediately feel at home. Warm leather seating, light hardwood floors, and a classic gas fireplace flanked by a built-in wood bookcase give the room a grounded, comfortable character. Oversized windows wrap the space in natural light, framing the surrounding tree canopy from every angle, and the open layout flows naturally into the kitchen beyond, keeping the whole main level connected. A wall-mounted Smart TV rounds out the space for quieter evenings in, and with the fire going and the tree canopy just outside the glass, those evenings have a way of turning into late ones.



🍳 KITCHEN

The kitchen sits at the center of everything. Bold navy cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and open wood shelving create a space as functional as it is striking. Bathroom 2 (Main Level): A navy vanity with brushed gold hardware and a round wood-framed mirror sit against warm-toned tile, with a tub-shower combination for guests who want the option to unwind

All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries.

💼 DEDICATED WORKSPACE

The primary bedroom is set up for guests who need to stay productive without fully stepping away. A standing desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair sit beside large windows with natural light, with the private balcony just steps away for when you need a break.



🚗 PARKING

One covered carport space and one additional off-street parking space are available for guests. Please note that Cheyenne Boulevard is a narrow road, so take care when pulling in and out of the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use



🐾 Pet-Friendly

We are happy to welcome your furry friends! For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.



🦌 Wildlife Notice: Wildlife activity such as bears, deers & raccoons is common in the area, so please be mindful of food, trash, and scented items when outside. Keeping doors and windows closed will help prevent unwanted animal encounters.



Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:

🏔️ This home sits at the base of the front range on one of Colorado Springs' most scenic residential corridors. North Cheyenne Canyon Park is essentially at your doorstep, with the Starsmore Nature Center trailhead less than a quarter mile away. From there, the trail network fans out to Mt. Cutler, St. Mary's Falls, Silver Cascade Falls, and Helen Hunt Falls, all free and accessible year-round. Gold Camp Road begins just up the canyon for one of the most scenic drives in the region.



🦅 The Broadmoor is about a mile away — a Five-Star historic resort with lakeside dining, spa services, and several restaurants and venues open to the public. Seven Falls, owned by the Broadmoor and located in South Cheyenne Canyon, is about 10 minutes by car — 181 feet of cascading waterfalls through a narrow box canyon. The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is just up the hill, the highest zoo in the United States.

Getting Around:

🚗 By Car: A car is recommended. The Broadmoor is about a mile away. Sacred Ground Cafe and North Cheyenne Canyon are under 5 minutes. Seven Falls is about 10 minutes. Garden of the Gods is 15 minutes north, Old Colorado City is 10 minutes, downtown is 15 minutes, and Pikes Peak Highway is about 20 minutes.



🚶 On Foot: The Starsmore Nature Center trailhead is less than a quarter mile from the front door, putting the full North Cheyenne Canyon trail network within easy reach. The Broadmoor is about a 15-minute walk.



🚲 By Bike: Cheyenne Boulevard is a popular road cycling corridor connecting directly to the canyon beyond Starsmore. No dedicated bike lanes on this stretch, but the road is well-traveled by cyclists.

💵 Additional Fees

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.

Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.
