What I love most is the peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is right by the Indian Ocean, where you can enjoy beautiful sea views, relaxing beach walks and the natural rhythm of island life without the crowds of the busier resort areas.

Uroa also gives guests the opportunity to experience a more authentic side of Zanzibar, with local villages, friendly residents and a relaxed coastal atmosphere nearby. At the same time, many of the island's popular attractions, restaurants and activities are within easy reach by car.

For me, Uroa is special because it allows guests to slow down, enjoy the ocean and experience Zanzibar at a more relaxed pace.

It is the kind of place where you can start your morning with a coffee on your private balcony, spend the day exploring the island, and return in the evening to the peaceful sound of the sea.
