4-Season Cabin next to Morgan's Beach on beautiful Cold Stream Pond rented year round. This is the perfect location for a family vacation or business/working people who travel and have temporary assignments lasting one week to several months. Cabins are fully furnished and include: heat, hot water, electricity, Direct TV, WiFi, trash removal, driveway and roadway plowing. Cabins are 10 minutes to Penobscot Valley Hospital in Lincoln and 40 minutes to EMMC in Bangor. Weekly & Monthly Rates.

The space
Cold Stream Pond is a cold Spring fed Pond, approximately 7 Miles long and 1-1/2 miles wide with depths of over 120 feet. If you are looking to relax on the lake or do some fishing this is the place to be! The Pond offers trout, salmon and togue fishing for the accomplished fisherman. It is a four-season lake with many outdoor activities which include: swimming, boating, hiking, canoeing, kayaking and fishing in the summer. In the winter the lake is known for ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and skating.

Cold Stream Pond is located 5 miles from Lincoln and 40 miles north of Bangor, ME. Surrounding towns include Lincoln, Enfield, Howland, Lowell, Orono and Old Town. Cold Stream is centrally located which allows easy access to a host of fine activities, including golfing, bowling, and white water rafting. We are close to Baxter State Park which offers some of the best hiking available in Maine and are under two hours away from Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor.

If you're coming to the Lincoln or Bangor area for a week or need to stay for work for several weeks or months ,these cabins are designed to cater to you and we will work to meet your needs. Everything is included. All you need to do is bring your personal items.

Other things to note
We have rented to traveling nurses and other traveling professionals for the last four years. Our cabins are set up to make the move as efficient as possible. Really all you need to bring are you and your personal items. We are also very flexible with your length of contract time needs and will charge on a monthly basis and pro-rate if you stay less than a month.
