-Upon arrival, please inspect the property and report any concerns or damages promptly. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages.



Check-Out

-Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM.

-Approved late check-outs may be available for an additional fee.

-Unauthorized late departures that impact housekeeping or scheduling may result in additional charges, including charges equivalent to an additional night’s stay where applicable.



Extended Stay Utilities: Reservations of 28 nights or longer are subject to a flat utility fee, which covers electricity, water, gas, internet, and other standard utility services.
