Great location, well appointed, comfortable, very helpful host, nice kitchen with everything you need including selection of coffee. I would definitely recommend staying there.

We had a wonderful stay in Mary’s flat at Mitre Court. The place provided excellent access to the Tower, vintage shops, restaurants and pubs in Bishopsgate, Spitalfields and Brick Lane areas and the Tube was one block away. The flat was very clean and neat with good modern kitchen and baths. Mary was extremely responsive and helpful as we checked in. We stayed over a weekend and so the area was very quiet, and became lively but not loud as the work week started. Overall it was an excellent place for our family of 5, and I would highly recommend it for families or a group of friends.

The property was really lovely. Our host was very responsive and we had no problems with anything during our stay. There are two pubs just beneath the property and both can be busy during the week with patrons drinking on the curb as is normal for the area. It didn't cause any problems because they were business people not hooligans. The area shuts down on the weekend so the streets are quiet on Saturday and Sunday which is really nice for a lie in. Access to the tube is so easy and just a quick walk to Aldgate, Aldgate East, Liverpool or Tower Hill station. There is a Tesco right across the way for supplies for a good breakfast at the flat or a major grocer a 20 minute walk away. If you don't want to cook hit the Liberty Bounds pub by the Tower Hill station for a cheap and filling breakfast on the go. We really enjoyed staying at Mary's flat and honestly loved it's location. Access to the theatres, historical sites and even the amusement parks were so simple I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! Thanks for the memories with my daughter Mary! You made them even better because we got to stay at your place.

My two-week stay at the Mitre Street flat was fantastic. It was the perfect location for my work, and the flat had everything I needed. Mary is an excellent host. She communicated clearly before I arrived with all the check-in details, kindly offered me an early check-in after my red-eye flight, and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question.My wife and kids joined me for a few days at the start of my trip, and they all loved the flat too. It was comfortable, spacious, and a much nicer place to spend two weeks than being cooped up in a hotel.One thing I really appreciated was how quiet the area was at the weekends. I was initially a little concerned when I realised there were two pubs on the same street, but it turned out not to be an issue at all. They close at a reasonable time, and the flat was completely silent at night. In fact, I was having a drink downstairs one evening and mentioned to the bartender that despite how lively it was in the pub, you couldn’t hear a thing once you were upstairs in the flat.I honestly have no complaints. Having a washer/dryer was another huge plus. I’m heading home with clean, dry clothes, which is one less thing to worry about after a long trip.Overall, I thoroughly recommend the Mitre Street flat and Mary as a host. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in London for work.Thanks again, Mary, for a wonderful stay!

Everything about this stay was fantastic! Communication with Mary was easy from the start—she responded quickly, was incredibly helpful, resourceful, and made everything simple.The flat is in a great location in the business/financial district, and as three women traveling together, we thoroughly enjoyed all the men in suits! lolIt’s also super convenient—about a 4-minute walk to the Tube, with restaurants, coffee shops and bars right downstairs. They were lively during happy hour but quieted down afterward, so noise was never an issue in the evenings. We felt very safe walking around the area, even at night.The flat was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We needed a few extra linens during our stay, and Mary immediately had them dropped by, which was so appreciated. The lift was a huge plus—no hauling all our luggage up flights of stairs. Much appreciated.Mary clearly takes pride in the property and in taking care of her guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
