The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease, from a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and ice maker to cooking basics, bakeware, wine glasses, and a dining table for shared meals. Guests can relax in the private living room and enjoy TV, cable, and reliable high-speed WiFi, making it simple to stream, work remotely, or stay connected.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels.

• WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKER: A standard coffee pot available. (BYO ground coffee for the carafe option).

• AMENITY CARDS: Seabrook Island Amenity Cards are included with your rental at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). Guests have full access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools, club dining, golf, tennis, the outdoor Lake House pool, the vast beaches, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, volleyball, and basketball courts. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a gate pass. A $45 charge applies if you are staying 1 night–179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary.

• CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: While there are many properties on the island to book, booking a Sandpiper property means continual service and support before, during, and after your stay. This property is proudly managed by our family-owned, local business. We, at Sandpiper, are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. With a standard for your stay of what we would want for our own vacation, we offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. • CLEANING: Our housekeeping staff, detailed and methodical housekeepers, are trained to use the best cleaning and hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily. Whether you seek the sea, recreation, wildlife, history, shopping, dining, or a spa day, there is something for everyone.

• DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 of coverage in Damage Protection Insurance. Should you wish to secure travel protection insurance, Allianz travel offers protection.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
