The apartment is located on a cul-de-sac in the rear building of a three-unit house in the Marschweg neighborhood and is less than two kilometers southwest of downtown. The University of Oldenburg is located about three kilometers to the northwest, and Oldenburg’s train station, situated to the northeast, is just a few minutes away by car or taxi.

Thanks to its central location near the city center, the area offers plenty of shopping options, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices.

The residential area, located in one of Oldenburg’s oldest neighborhoods, is characterized by a pleasant mix of homeowners and renters and, despite its very central location, can be described as pleasantly quiet.

The infrastructure is excellent; bus stops are located directly on the adjacent Marschweg.

The street is a cul-de-sac with free parking available along its entire length.

The OLantis Huntebad (outdoor and indoor swimming pool) and the Marschwegstadion are located in the immediate vicinity. Just a few meters further on, the Schlossgarten and the Eversten Holz invite you to take walks through picturesque natural surroundings right in the heart of the city center.

The city center, with its large pedestrian zone featuring numerous shops, restaurants, boutiques, and the State Theater, is also within walking distance.
