The apartment is approximately 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 2 people. It is located on the first floor, above the parking spaces in the courtyard. A free parking space in the courtyard is reserved for vacation guests. The front door of the vacation apartment can be reached via an outdoor staircase or an elevator in the main building of the apartment complex. The apartment itself is wheelchair-accessible. The spacious entryway leads to the other rooms: the living-dining room with a solid-wood kitchenette, the bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a TV (digital TV, approx. 10 public channels). In front of the living-dining room is a small terrace that guests can use in the summer. Free Wi-Fi is available. A washer-dryer is provided free of charge in the apartment. Pets are welcome. We ask that you not allow them on the furniture or beds. Centrally located in the historic part of Veitshöchheim, this barrier-free vacation rental (non-smoking) accommodates 2–4 people and is just a few minutes’ walk from restaurants, cafés, the banks of the Main River, the Rococo Garden, and public transportation to Würzburg, Aschaffenburg, or Bamberg. Two electric vehicle charging stations are also within a 5-minute walk. Modern soundproof windows ensure a quiet stay despite the central location. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen-living room with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeping surface 1.40 m). It is furnished with wooden furniture and a solid-wood kitchen, as well as textiles that meet the Oeko-Tex Standard. A paid Wi-Fi hotspot (Vodafone) is available. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM – Check-out time: by 11:00 AM; for late check-out, an additional night will be charged - Keys are handed over in person or via a key safe; the code will be provided shortly before arrival - Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 10.00 EUR per night.
