Guest access
Guests have full access to all living areas across the main and lower floors, including the indoor pool, sauna, exercise room, games room, executive office, and all outdoor decks. The garage is not available to guests except for garbage drop-off. The basement level is off limits and not part of the booking.

• Strictly no parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind — this is a private residential home in a quiet neighbourhood, and we take this rule seriously. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and must be respected at all times
• This is a quiet residential home, not an event space. The primary booker must be present for the entire stay and takes full responsibility for ensuring all guests respect the home and the house rules
• No smoking anywhere on the property or grounds
• Please note that the home is spread across multiple levels, with stair access connecting all spaces.
• Please note that the hot tub jets and heating are unavailable
• Pets may be allowed by prior approval only. If you plan to bring a pet, please message us before booking so we can confirm suitability. Please note that a $100 pet fee will apply
