For more information, visit our website featuring interesting offers at traumblick-schluchsee.de<br><br>Welcome to our beautiful, light-filled, newly built TRAUMBLICK vacation apartment in Schluchsee—a town known for its health-promoting climate—which was completed in late 2023.<br><br>This modern 65-square-meter vacation apartment is located on a quiet street in an ideal setting, just 300 meters from Schluchsee (and the beach) and the town center, which features numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options.<br><br>Schluchsee is one of the largest and cleanest swimming lakes in the Black Forest and offers a wide variety of water sports. The lake swimming area, featuring dining options and boat rentals, is just 400 meters from the apartment.<br><br>The beautiful landscape invites you to enjoy a variety of hiking and biking tours, including the kilometer-long lakeside trail. In winter, everything disappears under a blanket of snow, and the skiing season begins in this idyllic winter landscape.<br><br>The apartment is located on the first floor of a new building with six units and has its own underground parking space, from which you can easily reach the apartment via an elevator. There is a shared storage room for bicycles you bring with you.<br><br>One of the highlights of the apartment is the side balcony and the large terrace, both of which are easily accessible from the living area. On the spacious terrace, you can unwind at the end of the day in a comfortable lounge area with a glass of wine and an unobstructed view of nature.<br><br>The new high-gloss brand-name kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring an induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, and a microwave. The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in rain shower. In addition to the floor heating, there is also a heated towel rack and a motion-activated light sensor. The modern bedroom features a large box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. Modern smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and a radio/CD player round out the amenities. The living room and bedroom can be comfortably darkened with electric exterior roller shades.<br><br>Pull-out sofa:<br>If you have booked our apartment for 3 people, our pull-out sofa is available for overnight use. Please bring all bedding for this as well. A comforter, pillows, and a mattress protector are located in the bed storage compartment when you pull out the sofa. To unfold the sofa, please move the pillows aside, lift the front of the sofa slightly, pull it forward, and fold the back section down toward the wall.<br><br>Tourist Cards:<br>The tourist tax is €2.90 per adult per day and €1.20 per child per day.<br><br>Upon arrival, you will find the form for your tourist cards on the dining room table. Please fill it out with the requested information and remove the third page of the carbon copy—these will be your visitor cards. We would appreciate it if you could place pages 1 and 2 in the drawer of the coat closet. Thank you in advance.<br><br>Please transfer the amount due for your entire stay no later than 48 hours before your arrival using the payment methods mentioned earlier.<br><br>Note: When cooking, please be sure to pull out the range hood and avoid touching the touchscreen for the lights under the upper cabinets with wet fingers.
