This sumptuous home, locally owned and operated, is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with plush, well-designed living spaces, and very comfortable beds. The spacious kitchen is a chef`s dream, fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home. Peaceful, safe on the outskirts of Orange, Texas, it is 30 minutes from anywhere in the “Golden Triangle” (Beaumont, Port Arthur, and Mid-County.
1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. NO PETS are allowed - if a pet is brought inside, there is a $300 fee added to your bill.
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the cottage. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO LARGE PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If an unauthorized large party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing, in addition to any damages. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
