The Space:

With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The open, airy layout is filled with natural light from the large windows, creating a bright and inviting gathering space. A cozy loft overlooking the living area features a king bed, offering a private retreat above it all.



The main level also features a fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining area, making meals and gatherings a breeze. Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you'll find plenty of seating for morning coffee, afternoon sunshine, or evening cocktails under the stars.



Most of your group will settle into the comfortable main-level sleeping quarters, which include one king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a double-over-double bunk bed. A full hall bathroom serves this level, while an additional full bathroom is shared between the king bedroom and bunk room. Functional, spacious, and designed with families and groups in mind, Off The Hook is the perfect place to make beach memories while keeping everyone comfortable and in vacation mode.



Outside, enjoy decks on both levels, providing plenty of spots to relax and take in the coastal air. Cool off with a refreshing swim in the private pool, unwind in the hot tub, fire up the grill for a family barbecue, or challenge your group to poolside games. Best of all, private beach access is just 250 yards away, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze. An outdoor shower is available to help keep the sand outside where it belongs and the home comfortable throughout your stay.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October** (unheated pool)

**Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



**The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



**High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
