The 45-square-meter vacation apartment features a comfortable kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a pull-out double sofa bed, as well as 1 bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, an entryway, a radio, satellite TV, and free Internet access. Our house has Tyrolean toboggans, which you’re welcome to use free of charge.
Special additional amenities: bathrobes, washing machine, iron, electric kettle, freezer, and toaster.



Enjoy a carefree vacation in Pertisau on Lake Achensee, in our new and tastefully furnished vacation home in a sunny, central location. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll be at the lake, the mountain railway, or in the Karwendel valleys.
Our house can be booked as a vacation home for up to 8 people. We also rent out vacation apartments for 2 to 4 or 2 to 6 people.
Each 45 m² or 80 m² apartment, as well as the 90 m² vacation home for exclusive use, features a comfortable kitchen-living room with a dishwasher and a pull-out couch, 1 or 2 bedrooms, a living room, 1 or 2 bathrooms with a large glass shower, 2 toilets, an entryway, satellite TV, and a full set of dishes and linens. In addition, each apartment features a sunny terrace with a seating area, a private garden, and an unobstructed view of the Karwendel Mountains.
There is a lockable bike/ski storage room and a bread roll delivery service. You’re always welcome to borrow our in-house Tyrolean toboggans free of charge. We look forward to your inquiry! The Hödl Family
