Located 2.5 km from the sea and 4 km from Opatija, nestled in a peaceful, green setting, the apartment offers guests the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The first unit, measuring 80 square meters, features a private entrance and private parking spaces. When planning and designing the space, we put ourselves in our guests’ shoes and sought to create a comfortable, spacious, and very bright environment, equipped to meet all needs and furnished in a modern style with designer materials.

Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a hallway with a large built-in closet where you’ll find everything you need: a safe for storing documents, towels, bathrobes, extra blankets and pillows, a first-aid kit, small party games, glasses, shampoo, conditioner, and bubble bath, toilet paper, various cleaning supplies, a drying rack, an ironing board, an iron, a hair dryer, and a hair straightener—all at your disposal so you can travel light.
Next to it is an utility area with a washing machine, electric kettle, and sink.
The living room is a bright, open space that includes the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking: it features an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a moka pot for coffee, a Nespresso machine with capsules, and a wine cellar for wine lovers.
The sofa can easily be converted into a sofa bed for one person.
The two bedrooms are bright and spacious, each with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and glass doors leading out to the terrace.
The living room and both bedrooms have their own air conditioning and their own TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, pay TV, and Alexa.
In the evening, you can dine on the 100-square-meter terrace, enjoy an aperitif in the lounge area, or take a refreshing dip in the illuminated pool. You can take a walk in our garden, which is available for your use; let your child swing; let your dog run free; play on the lawn; or, depending on the season, pick fruit from our pear, apple, or fig trees.
During your stay, Alexa will be at your service—you can use her to listen to music (Amazon Unlimited Music) in every room and control both the indoor and outdoor lighting of the house via voice commands. In addition to the smart lights, we’ve installed smoke, fire, and flood sensors.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house; smokers are welcome to use the patio.
