115 m² vacation apartment on the 1st floor

Our newly renovated vacation apartment, with 115 square meters of living space, is located on the first floor and can accommodate 1–4 people. The cozy, half-timbered-style living room, featuring two comfortable sofas, an armchair, a large table, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a soundbar, invites you to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, microwave, WMF fully automatic coffee maker, fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher, leaves nothing to be desired. The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom, featuring a whirlpool tub, spa shower, toilet, bidet, and a large vanity, is perfect for relaxation. Of course, a modern washer-dryer combo is at your disposal. A separate toilet ensures plenty of privacy. The master bedroom features a double bed, a large closet with a full-length mirror, and a variety of pillows. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed, as well as a spacious closet. Outside, there’s a barbecue area with patio furniture and a cantilever umbrella where you can enjoy leisurely hours. You’re welcome to use the Wi-Fi and the parking space right next to the house free of charge. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed for a small fee. A crib with bedding can be provided for a fee of 10 EUR.
