Whether you’re gathering for a meal or unwinding in the living area, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. This quaint retreat provides a tremendous base for your getaway. A Note About the Property
The downstairs apartment is occupied by our on-site managers, who help us care for the property and assist guests when needed. Their private entrance and driveway are located off Merrimac Trail.

While the home is designed to provide guests with privacy, you may occasionally hear normal residential sounds, just as you would in a duplex, townhome, or apartment setting. We ask that guests respect our managers’ privacy, and they will do the same for you.

SAFETY NOTICE

The loft is accessed by a steep staircase with taller-than-standard steps and has restricted head clearance.

For your safety:
• Use the handrail at all times.
• Ascend and descend carefully.
• Be mindful of low overhead clearance in the loft area.
• Children should only use the loft under close adult supervision.
• The loft and stairway are not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, balance concerns, or difficulty navigating steep stairs.
