Spread over two floors, the villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with washer and dryer), air conditioning throughout (wind-free systems in bedrooms), central heating, and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls.



The private kitchen is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machines, ice maker, and more. There’s a dedicated workspace. Two highchairs, a crib, a dressing room with changing table, and toys for children are included.



Outside, you'll find a large fenced private garden and spacious terraces with stunning sea and mountain views. There’s a pergola, gazebo, barbecue, wood-fired oven, swings, and a slide—perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. Five or six private parking spaces are available. Only one small pet is allowed.
