Our Möweninsel, located at the new dock, berth 15 (see map), has its own unique charm; it is stylish, high-quality, and furnished with attention to detail. This floating vacation home features an open-concept living and dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen and, thanks to its three-sided glass front, offers a stunning view of Lake Gräbendorf.

It has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in closets providing ample storage space. It also features modern heating and air conditioning systems, a tiled bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet with a sink. Three enclosed interior rooms spanning 44 m² and two terraces (a 15 m² front terrace and a 25 m² rooftop terrace) offer up to 4 guests plenty of space to unwind, recharge in peace, enjoy the sun and the water, and experience a dreamlike, unforgettable vacation.

The large Ultra HD TV and high-quality sound system leave nothing to be desired. High-speed internet access with Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

An external sauna raft at the dock can be booked for a fee and subject to availability.

The public parking lot is freely accessible to you. You may drive up to the dock area for loading and unloading. Towels, bed linens, dishwasher tablets, and other cleaning supplies are provided, as well as an outdoor grill. The property is rented directly by the owner.
