Important Information

- Pool & Spa Heating
Heating is available for both the pool and spa at a rate of $5 per hour, which covers utility costs. The spa generally reaches temperature in about one hour, while the pool may require up to 16 hours to fully heat. Once heated, the same hourly rate applies to maintain the temperature. Charges are calculated after your stay, and payment is requested based on actual usage.

- Early Arrival & Late Departure
When scheduling allows, early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated. Requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before arrival.

- No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. Violations may result in fees associated with odor removal, deep cleaning, and treatment services.

- Noise & Gatherings
The property is intended for registered guests only. Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Local quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Guests may continue using the outdoor areas, but excessive noise, loud music, or disturbances that violate Henderson noise regulations are prohibited.

- Linens & Towels
Please treat all towels and bedding with care. Towels and washcloths should not be used for makeup removal or cleaning tasks. Comforters and duvet inserts should not be machine washed by guests.

- Occupancy Limits
City regulations permit a maximum overnight occupancy of 12 guests, including adults and children. Infants are excluded from this count.

- Security Devices
For guest and property security, exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the home. No cameras are located inside the living spaces. Disabling, covering, or interfering with any security device is strictly prohibited.

Check-in/Check-out: If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same-day check-in/check-out.
Pets: Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a fine.
Smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.
Parties and Events: Unapproved parties and events are strictly prohibited. Henderson quiet hours starting at 10 pm are observed. You can still go outside and have a normal conversation at this time, but loud conversations will exceed the noise limit imposed by the City of Henderson.
