Living area is a space to unwind and spend quality times with your guests. (There's a sleeper sofa in the living area for 2 overnight guests.) There's a large screen TV with Direct TV service so you won't miss any of your favorite shows. The glass sliding doors fill the room with sunlight and provide glimpses of the surrounding tropical paradise. They lead you to your screened in lanai with spectacular panoramic Gulf views from the 7th floor. Relax for hours on the lanai, sip your favorite drink, take in the sea breezes and sound of the surf. And you have a front row seat to our world famous sunsets!

There's a dining table for six and a gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, dinnerware, and cookware. For your convenience, there's a full sized washer and dryer.

The beautifully decorated master bedroom has a lovely view of the Gulf, a King sized bed, it's own TV and an en suite bath. The newly remodeled master bath has a beautiful walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and it's own TV. Newly remodeled guest bath also has a walk in shower.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. There are building elevators, secured lobby and ample on-site parking for your convenience. There is one designated parking spot for you and several open guest spots.

Sunset offers you wonderful amenities: jump in the resort-sized Sunset pool, or lounge on the sundeck. Grill up dinner on the BBQ Grill Station and picnic under the Tiki Hut. You can stay put and enjoy the beach - straight to the shoreline to enjoy everything that life on the Gulf will bring to your door - bird watching, dolphin watching, shell collecting, fishing, soaking up the sun or just walking the beach. And don't miss our world famous sunsets!

Sunset Beachfront Resort Condominiums are located at the quiet, south end of the island - the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle!. The beautiful Gulf front complex has just undergone complete renovations and is ready to welcome guests to enjoy one of the country's top rated beaches - 7 miles of pristine, sugar white sand and blue Gulf waters - in their backyard! For adventurous souls, the island offers a variety of water sports and activities, including kayaking, paddleboarding, and parasailing. And when the day is done, treat yourself to a delectable seafood dinner at one of the nearby waterfront restaurants, serving up the freshest catch. If you're seeking a change of pace, explore the vibrant local scene, where you'll find charming shops, lively entertainment, and a warm and welcoming community.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island. However, our island's beach renourishment is finished and we are ready to welcome visitors back to enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
