MAGNOLIA SUMMER HOMES
Our Magnolia Resort features comfortable vacation homes measuring 54 m² with a terrace that seats up to 6 people. On the first floor of each cottage is a large, spacious living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room opens directly onto the private terrace. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Common room

For our youngest guests, we offer a playground with swings, slides, and a sandbox. We also have a badminton court, a ping-pong table, and darts. The resort features a spacious pavilion with a wood-burning stove, grill, smokehouse, and seating for many people. It’s also possible to organize a campfire.

Our resort is located near the “Ku Słońcu” nature trail, which winds around the municipality and the city of Kołobrzeg. A fitness trail with an outdoor gym is located 300 m from Magnolia. On the sandy beach in our neighborhood, there is a 4-star hotel offering a wide range of treatments, a swimming pool complex, and a bowling alley.

The resort charges the following additional fees:
15 PLN (4 euros) per night for a dog or other pet
Electricity charges as indicated by the meter
The visitor’s tax is calculated according to the municipal council’s resolution for a given year
