You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals. The open kitchen flows into a comfortable living area with direct access to the balcony, where you’ll find cozy chairs, a table, and a parasol for relaxing. The living area features a smart TV, a digital radio, and a couch with a built-in pull-out bed (140x200), providing sleeping space for 3+4 people. Striking photo wallpaper in the living room and bedroom gives this apartment its very unique charm. The floors in the bathroom, kitchen, and living area are finished with high-quality stone tiles and feature radiant floor heating. Thanks to an integrated ventilation system, a pleasant indoor climate is always maintained. In the shared utility room, a washing machine, dryer, sink, cordless vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and mineral water are available to you free of charge. The vacation apartments are rented exclusively for tourist purposes. Accommodating construction workers or using the apartments for commercial purposes is permitted only by prior arrangement. The apartments are rented to a maximum of 1 to 2 people per apartment, also by prior arrangement. For longer stays, a weekly cleaning service is provided according to the current terms and conditions.
