This vacation home, with its peaceful and idyllic setting, features two large apartments, each accommodating 4+2 people. It is situated in a quiet location, approximately 800 meters west of the old town center and just 1,000 meters from the sea in the well-known beach and vacation resort of Medulin in Istria. The provincial capital of Pula, home to the famous Roman amphitheater, is only 10 km away. The nearest beach is just 1,200 m away.<br><br>The two-story house is nestled in a vast, well-maintained, and fenced-in private garden. In this idyllic garden, which is completely surrounded by nature, you’ll find olive trees, various fruit trees, a small vineyard, and all kinds of Mediterranean and continental plants. <br><br>Even small children can move about freely without any worries. The property is also well-suited for small youth groups, as the garden is ideal for parties and social gatherings—not least because of the beautiful outdoor grill and ample space. An outdoor shower is also available, so you don’t always have to go to the beach. The garden is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. <br><br>The two apartments in the house are each 80 m² in size and each offer 2 separate bedrooms with their own terrace or outdoor area, including access to the beautiful garden. The upper apartment is air-conditioned and even offers a sea view from the terrace. Satellite TV is available in both apartments.<br><br>The outdoor grill is available to guests at any time by mutual agreement, unless there is already a larger group staying. The private parking lot, which accommodates 6 cars, is located directly on the property. <br><br>Check-in and check-out are only possible on Saturdays between late June and early September. Outside of this period, check-in and check-out can also take place during the week, subject to coordination with other reservations. The friendly hosts welcome their guests personally. They speak German, English, Italian, and Croatian.<br><br> In the nearby town center, with its excellent tourist infrastructure, you’ll hardly miss a thing. There’s also a small amusement park for younger children at the famous sandy beach “Bijeca,” which is just a few minutes’ walk away.
