The Sylt Seascape IV vacation home is a detached property featuring three bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms—one of which includes a sauna and bathtub—offering ample space for up to 6 people. A highlight is the open and inviting kitchen, living, and dining area, which includes a cozy sunroom with a fireplace.
In front of the house, there are two parking spaces, including charging stations for electric cars. There is bicycle storage available in the outdoor area and the basement.
In the garden, you can relax in a beach chair (in season) or enjoy a barbecue with family and friends.
Take a look out all the west-facing windows—you might just catch a glimpse of the sea.
The vacation home is named “Hooge Bay” because of its proximity to the beach north of Westerland, with a view across the fields to St. Severin Church in Keitum. The entrance to Wenningstedt is within walking distance, as are a bakery, a small grocery store (Nah & Frisch), and a large playground.
