At the LUV vacation home, you’ll find 74 square meters of living space and an approximately 400-square-meter garden for your leisure use. The living room, located on the first floor, is bathed in natural light and features a cozy sitting area by the wood-burning stove (firewood included) as well as direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchenette with a large dining table offers enough space for 4–6 people. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. On the loft, accessible via a steep ladder, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people.
The house is barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible. All doors are 1 m wide.
An initial supply of bed linens and towels is included.
During seasons B and C, electricity is billed based on consumption.
Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement; an additional cleaning fee will be charged if you bring your pet.

One parking space for a car is available on the property.
