The Space:

The heart of our home is the enchanting solarium—a private haven that beckons you to unwind. Immerse yourself in the warm embrace of the hot tub, bask in the glow of the outdoor fireplace, and savor delectable meals prepared on the grill in the intimate outdoor dining area. The allure of the solarium is not just its amenities but the way it seamlessly extends your living space, creating an indoor-outdoor retreat that defines relaxation.



For those extra guests or a spontaneous movie night, the sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space without compromising on comfort. The entire house is carefully curated to offer a cozy and well-put-together atmosphere, ensuring a delightful stay for all.



Kayak Use Notice:

Guests are welcome to use the kayaks during their stay. Please note that the nearest launch is approximately 15–20 minutes away by car, and we do not provide transportation or equipment to transport the kayaks.

Please return the kayaks and any equipment to the property in the same condition and location in which they were found. Guests are responsible for the kayaks while they are in their possession.





Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.



No Pets/No Smoking/No Fireworks or Events



A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.



Guest Access:

Arrival and entry information will be emailed to you 1-2 days before your arrival. The whole house and solarium is open for use. The garage located on the back of the house is closed and locked.
