This unique property combines two designer homes on one private lot, accommodating up to 30 guests with 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, multiple game spaces, and incredible outdoor gathering areas. Every room has been thoughtfully curated with bold Austin-inspired artwork, custom murals, vibrant colors, and luxury finishes that make this property unlike anything else in the city.



Inside, you'll find spacious open-concept living areas designed for large groups, complete with oversized sectionals, smart TVs, designer dining spaces, and plenty of room to spread out. The home offers a mix of private suites, stylish king bedrooms, bunk rooms perfect for groups, and additional sleeping spaces that comfortably accommodate families, corporate retreats, wedding groups, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations, and friends traveling together.

Located in the heart of South Austin, this neighborhood offers the perfect mix of quiet residential charm and easy access to the city's best attractions. Guests are just minutes from the vibrant South Congress (SoCo) district, known for its eclectic boutiques, live music venues, local coffee shops, and some of Austin's most popular restaurants. Nearby parks, breweries, and shopping centers provide plenty to explore, while Downtown Austin, Zilker Park, and Lady Bird Lake are all just a short drive away, making this an ideal home base for experiencing the best of the city.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from this convenient South Austin location. Downtown Austin, Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, Lady Bird Lake, and the South Congress entertainment district are all within a 10–15 minute drive. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is approximately 15–20 minutes away by car, making arrivals and departures quick and hassle-free for both business and leisure travelers.



Other Things to Note:

Important Addition: We're adding an in-ground pool to this property. Construction is scheduled from late September through late October and will take place in the backyard during weekday working hours. The home, all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas remain fully available and unaffected — but you may hear equipment noise during the day and backyard access will be limited or unavailable while work is underway. The pool will not be usable during this stay. We've reduced our nightly rate for these dates to reflect the inconvenience. We wanted you to know before you book rather than after you arrive — and if a quiet, private backyard is important to your trip, we'd suggest booking dates after the work wraps.



Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.



No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Any violation is subject to a fine.



Pet Policy: We allow two pets for a fee of $150 per pet per stay.



Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.



Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.



Security: You will be asked to confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
