The space
Consciously designed 2 bedroom 2.5 bath equipped with all of the modern comforts for your stay. Two story ceilings welcomes you to the space. Feel the heat under your feet in the entire living room, kitchen and private bathrooms with heated tile floors.

A fully equipped kitchen with a large induction range, microwave, dishwasher and oven are all available for your use. Full-size fridge stocked with refreshments, wine, champagne and snacks for your enjoyment.

Step outside to the backyard and settle in for a meditative waterfall soundtrack. Get grounded on the grass while soaking in the sunshine.

Check-Out Procedures:
-Please do all dishes before leaving.
-Please turn off the mini-splits before leaving.
-Please remove all trash, recycling and compost to the appropriate bins outside in the backyard.
-Return gate fob to the hook inside the unit. The gate will remain open for 90 seconds after opening.
-Log off of any streaming services to protect your privacy.
-Let us know when everyone leaves so we can send the cleaners to get the home ready for the next guests.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage. 2 on site parking spaces available for guests.

Other things to note
Vehicular access to the unit is through the motorized gate. Park in the front, grab the fob from your unit and drive in.
