The living room features a cozy seating area and a large wooden table, ideal for social gatherings. From the living room, a path leads to the adjacent terrace, which is furnished with a comfortable dining lounge—the perfect spot to enjoy the day or spend a relaxing evening. The spacious communal garden, with comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of room to relax, offers an idyllic setting for relaxing moments surrounded by greenery.

The two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds and roller shades for optimal sleeping comfort. One of the bedrooms also features a second TV for added convenience. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, a dishwasher, and a small seating area—ideal for a relaxed start to the day or a quick meal in between.

The bathroom was stylishly renovated in early 2025 and now features a spacious shower, an elegant sink area, and a modern toilet. An additional guest bathroom provides even more comfort.
