Ca di Pess Fosano

The property is beautifully situated above Lake Maggiore, with views of the lake and the valleys and mountains. The house was built in 1900 and, despite several renovations, still retains the wonderful charm of a Ticino “rustico.”



The house has three floors. The entrance is on the first floor. Here you’ll find the bathroom and the kitchen-dining area, which is well-equipped and seats four people. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is also a washer with a built-in dryer. A hair dryer is also provided.



On the first floor is the living room with a sofa (two fold-out beds) and two comfortable armchairs. The house also has a TV with a satellite dish.



The first floor also features access to the patio, which has a dining table for four people.



The second floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and a crib that can also be used as a seat. There is also a small restroom.



The master bedroom also has a small table with chairs, which can be used as a workspace.
