a spacious open-concept living area with a sitting area and dining area in the “winter garden,” and a fully equipped, spacious kitchen.
There are TVs in both the living room and all the bedrooms, and the living room also features a Sonos sound system for music and a DVD player.
The modern kitchen-dining area is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer space, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
The apartment is located on the first floor with direct access via the terrace to a 500m² garden. Garden furniture and lounge chairs provide a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, as well as a crib and a high chair for your use.
A parking space is available right next to the house. Dogs are welcome here. The garden is fully fenced and offers ideal conditions for both children and your furry friends. Please note that additional fees apply for pets.
