Belvedere ONE: the name “Beautiful View” says it all! The former hotel of the same name was renovated a few years ago and divided into several apartments. The view of the castles of Cannero, the Rocca di Caldé, and the lake all the way to the Western Swiss Alps is nothing short of spectacular. In this sunny location, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery both from the 3½-room duplex apartment and from the lounging areas with an outdoor shower. A perfect sunset viewed from the pool (10 m x 8 m, open from around mid-May to around early October, weather permitting) seems almost too good to be true. From the parking level, you can reach both the pool area below via approximately 10 steps and the building entrance and elevator to your apartment on the 1st floor. Since the approximately 88 m² of living space is spread over two levels, there is another direct entrance on the upper level.
