The Space:

Pack your flip flops and sunscreen and come stay in this beautiful three-bedroom house in Anna Maria ideally located within walking distance to the beach, dining, and more. With a private pool and a classic Florida atmosphere, your days will be a little brighter here.



This light and airy home boasts a well-maintained interior featuring whitewashed wood floors and stunning decor, inviting you to step inside and get comfortable. Catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen digital cable TV and relax in central air conditioning. Prepare meals in the updated kitchen, or barbecue some salmon or kabobs on the private gas grill on the patio. After dinner, unplug with a board game or lounge poolside with a bottle of wine and relax under swaying palm trees. Other choice amenities include a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a desk in the main bedroom if you absolutely have to bring work along.

You'll be about a half-block from the beach, and when you're not there soaking up the sunshine, it's always within sight from your deck. Stroll the seven miles of flour-soft sand or head to Pine Avenue and take in the local art culture. Bean Point Beach is a great place to snap some photos, and Rod and Reel Pier and Restaurant is a short walk from your front door. There's room for three cars to park in the driveway, but you haven't truly experienced Anna Maria Island until you've used the free trolley to get around!



THINGS TO KNOW

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.

We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

**There is construction work happening to the property across the street. We do not have an estimated completion date.



Other Things to Note:

There are new homes being built across the street from the property, and you may occasionally hear construction-related noise during the day.



Typical construction hours are:



Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sunday: No construction

While the work is outside of our control, evenings and Sundays are generally quiet. We appreciate your understanding and have priced our home with this temporary neighborhood activity in mind.
