Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and perfect location. We had such a good time on anna maria island. Thank you!

Appreciated the location, outdoor shower to rinse off sand and the attentiveness when I reached out about the malfunctioning washer. The bedroom tv didn’t have a remote and therefore couldn’t be used, the dishwasher was moldy, paint peeling in several of the rooms and the lower unit had people stay a couple of nights during our stay that chain vaped/smoked making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space.

Family vacation

We have stayed at this unit for 4 years now. Every year it seems to be more and more run down. There is not hardly any kitchen tools to use any longer. I had to buy a frying pan while I was there to cook with. Maybe six forks and spoons two pots and two tiny frying pan’s as big as my hand. Beds are OK to sleep in but a little too soft for us. Also we noticed a camera outside under the deck that is facing the outside shower. I looked all over the property for other cameras and never found another one on the property. I found this very uncomfortable definitely because I have children that used this shower. This is an open shower no walls around it.

Location to access the beach is great! Space is a good size. However…

stayed for a week at Longboard / 2nd fl…king bed and twins were comfortable but the double bed should have been tossed...it was way too soft, it sank and was extremely squeaky, Couldn't sleep on it. nice to have beach toys, umbrellas and chairs available but beware of the poor cleanliness factor. Coffee machine needed to be scrubbed, pretty much had mold growing in it -bring cone shaped coffee filters, none for provided. windows were filthy, left open, and had dust and smears all over them. There was a bunch of sand on the floor of the shower which gave us the impression it had not been cleaned. The toilet paper was like cardboard, and why someone is given the code to both rental spaces / floors is beyond me… it completely violates people’s privacy! Other guests could have just walked into our space. Also there is no map provided of where to find laundry and whoever came to sweep in there (once i did get a response two days later from vacasa as to where it was), took my detergent i’d left next the washing machine after i just purchased it! Lastly, the shower has a serious leak and is a total safety hazard. it completely floods the bathroom floor because of how it is not sealed properly. my friend who was recovering from knee surgery almost needed surgery again after slipping. Just be aware this place is comparatively inexpensive for a reason.
