Great location - walking to restaurants, shops and the beach! The bed was very comfortable. Beach towels were ready. We didn't use the pool but saw people having a fun time in it. Quiet area.

Overall good stay

We have stayed here each year for about five years. It’s a great location with consistently above par cleanliness, great proximity to all things AMI, responsive to questions, etc. It’s also one of the few and well managed lodging options that accept stays less than one week. Overall, would stay again. We do have an inconvenient experience worth sharing. Our most recent stay placed us in a villa without a coffee maker. We let staff know, we promised a coffeehouse maker would be delivered but that never happened. This may seem minor, but FL is hot. Many of us wake up early, have coffee and get moving before the temps rise. You can’t buy a cup of coffee before 7 or 7:30 on AMI.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and for being a loyal guest over the years. We’re glad you enjoy our location, cleanliness, and service, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the missing coffee maker. We will review this lapse to ensure it doesn’t happen again, as we value the comfort and routines of our guests. We look forward to welcoming you back for another stay.

The location was great. The electronic door keypad didn’t work. We had to call when we arrived to get into the unit. The team was very responsive and we were in the unit in no time! Walked to every meal!!

Great location amenities

Perfect little stay in a great part of Anna Maria Island. Close enough to walk to great restaurants and the beach. Comfortable enough to stay in and spend the day by the pool.

Great location

This place was very clean & close to everything! The property was very nice. Only downfall was the shower barely working not sure if all the units on the property were the same or just mine but barely any water would come out. Other than that I loved it! Great location

Hello Brianna, thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness and location of the property! We're truly sorry to hear about the low water flow in the shower—it sounds frustrating, and we completely understand how that could impact your stay. We recently installed new tankless hot water systems, and sometimes it can take around five minutes or more for the hot water to reach the unit. We apologize if this wasn’t clear during your stay. Your comfort is very important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better experience!

Wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars because this condo was absolutely perfect!!! Everything was so clean and it had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect and made for easy walks to the beach and different restaurants and shops to spend our days at! The heated pool was gorgeous and perfect to take a dip in during the morning hours when it was cooler and the day when it was hot. Absolutely perfect condo and will most definitely be booking again soon!!!

Great Location & Layout

The location was great the layout of the rental was nice. The laundry washer/dryer onsite was a great bonus. The negative was the shower pressure made it near impossible to take a good shower.

AMI vacation

We chose this little spot for a relaxing weekend and it was perfect! We could walk to the beach and stores. They have free public transportation to the bars so that eliminates drunk drivers. It was a great time we will probably return.

Anna Maria we cannot wait to come back again!

We absolutely loved everything about our garden. Everything in the pictures is exactly like that in real life which I think is amazing and the cleanliness was amazing. The restaurant's and the beaches were all amazing. The entire island was pretty cool and awesome. Definitely going back and recommend Anna Maria to everyone.
