This cozy single-story house features a living room on the first floor with a sleeper sofa, TV armchair, and dining area, as well as satellite TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a hallway with a coat rack, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A space-saving staircase leads to the upper floor. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds). A crib, high chair, and stair gate are available. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, pod coffee machine, coffee maker, and electric kettle. On the beautiful terrace, you’ll find patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill.



On-site costs: Final cleaning fees and utilities are included in the rental price. The guest fee is charged separately. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The total amount is due 14 days before the start of your stay.
