A footpath leads directly to the castle and the adjacent castle gardens. The swimming pool, as well as numerous biking and hiking trails, are also within walking distance. You can reach the local train station in just a few minutes. The historic downtown area features several small shops, many restaurants, bakeries, and cafés, as well as supermarkets. During the summer months, numerous musical events take place in the historic market square.
