A 220-outlet is available in the garage for charging electric vehicles.

We have a deep well and the water is triple filtered, softened, and tastes great.

There are dozens of species of birds that visit the property…all of them love the bird feeder.
Additionally, there are deer, fox, coyotes, bats and squirrels that can be observed regularly in & around the property.

Note: the neighbor has roosters that crow early. Ergo, white noise machines are available for the bedrooms/upstairs hallway.

The dark night sky is impressive for star gazing and looking at the moon and galaxy.
