Welcome to Under The Ghost, your oceanview retreat just steps from Jacksonville Beach's powdery sand. This perfectly located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo sleeps 4 guests comfortably and puts you at the heart of Jax Beach's surf culture scene.

Both bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses with luxury linens for restful nights after full beach days. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers flexible sleeping with a shared full bathroom. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly from kitchen to dining to living room, perfect for family meals and evening relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from morning coffee (Keurig with K-cups included) to family dinners, while the in-unit washer and dryer keeps beach clothes fresh for longer stays. High-speed Xfinity WiFi supports remote work or streaming on the Roku TVs in each bedroom. Sound machines with USB ports ensure everyone sleeps well.

Step outside to discover Jax Beach's legendary dining scene. Salt Life Food Shack's famous fish tacos are just a 5-minute walk away, while Mellow Mushroom's craft beer and pizza await 5 minutes in the other direction. Very clean great location ocean view

Very clean with new everything. Quiet and walkable to restaurants. Only could stay a couple of nights, but would love to return for a week or two.

Great use of space to maximize amenities (bed sizes, bathrooms, laundry) but there is a lack of storage in the bedrooms resulting in having to live out of your suitcases. Very inequitable parking as the larger upper unit took all four parking spots. Property managers should consider stronger measures to allocate onsite parking. Communication issues ranged from incomplete phone numbers, lag on texts and lack of follow up on identified issues (leaking bathroom sink, keypad issues). Communication, parking and storage issues would keep me from being a return guest to to this great location.

Fantastic beach house!

We loved this beach house! The area was fantastic and a five minute walk to a local natural food store called Native Sun. The property was clean and the host made sure we had everything we needed. They communicated well and I will stay there again. Highly recommended!

Medical stay

Perfect location and wonderful amenities. We were here for a surgery at the Mayo Clinic and the beach house was an oasis for us. Thank you to the proprietors for seamlessly extending our stay when we had complications after my husband’s surgery. We hope to come back for a vacation next time!

Great location at Jax Beach

Location is awesome and very well equipped!! I would stay there again, but personally for my needs and future stays, I will seek accommodations without tenants that can rent above you. You just never know who will show up and how they may present themselves!

Oceanview

Property was exactly what pictures showed, and it is actually closer to the beach than it looks like in the photos. There was a bit of problem when we arrived with the door code, but it was soon handled by the owners. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was as good or better than described. Would be nice if each unit had its own assigned parking space, cause we did have to park across the street one night. With all this I would still come here again because this property is very well maintained, and has a great location.

Great Location!

Property is in an amazing location and so close to the beach! Property was clean and very nicely decorated. Only a few negatives - guests staying in unit above could be easily heard walking around, scooting chairs, etc. We were never able to sleep in. Also no type of dresser or anything to store clothes other than hanging in a closet. Had to keep suitcases open on the floors of the bedrooms at all times. Also no towel racks in bathrooms and no lamps, etc on nightstands to turn on and off from the bed itself. Other than those few things, the property was fantastic!
