Here are the house rules, which you’ll also find in more detail on the living room table:
If you arrive and it’s already dark outside, there’s a brown light switch to the right of the mailbox. The light will turn off again after 3 minutes, but if you need more time, you can flick the switch again as needed. Now for the most important thing: in case of fire. The second emergency exit is in the living room—through the balcony door, across the terrace here on the first floor. You’ll find a fire extinguisher right next to the apartment door on the left. If you need to use the heaters in the various rooms, please turn them off before you check out.
In the living room, on the right inside the lowboard, you’ll find a first-aid kit. Laundry detergent, fabric softener, and vinegar, as well as towels, are located on the left behind the bathroom door. A hair dryer, washcloths, and toilet paper are in the small cabinet to the left of the washer-dryer.
Important note on using the electric kettle: 1. Please fill the kettle to a minimum of 0.5 liters (MIN) and up to a maximum of 1.7 liters (MAX). 2. Make sure the lid is tightly closed while boiling. If the kettle is overfilled, the automatic shut-off will not activate for safety reasons. 3. Please always stay near the appliance while it is boiling, and for your own safety, unplug it from the outlet after use. Thank you for your understanding!
If a storm comes up and the umbrella is open and I’m not at home (which is very rare), please remove it from its mount and place it along with the chairs in the workshop behind the garage (dark brown door), and turn the garden table upside down so that the tabletop is facing down and the wind cannot catch it.
An iron, paper towels, and dish sponges are under the sink. The cutlery is on the right side of the drawer. Please leave the dishes clean, strip the beds and remove the fitted sheets, and sort your trash. You’ll find bins for general waste, paper, returnable bottles, empty cans and bottles, and plastic—as well as (in case of accidents) cleaning supplies—right to the left, in the small room next to the kitchenette.
The best way to reach me is via WhatsApp at my phone number 0174-534 8897. The password for the guest Wi-Fi is: TNj212%!
I’d really appreciate a 5-star review.
All the best.
