Cascina Silvestre, marvellous 3-bedroom house for an unforgettable stay

Ten years ago, we purchased this charming farmhouse. Over the years, we gently renovated it and lived there ourselves until recently. A dirt road leads to the property, ending there (no through traffic). The house stands alone and has no immediate neighbours. On clear days, there are fantastic views of the mountains, which can be enjoyed from the large terrace or the hot tub. The orchard and the surrounding countryside invite you to relax or take a stroll. You might even encounter our goats in the adjacent forest.

Countless paved side roads wind through the Langhe hills – a cyclist's dream. Adventurous mountain bikers will also find plenty to enjoy on the wonderful forest trails.

The house offers ample space, partly spread across half-levels. The rooms are generally distributed over three levels.

On the top floor, you will find the master bedroom featuring a double bed and a single bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Directly in front of the room is an open anteroom.
On the middle floor, there is the living room, along with a second bathroom, including a spacious and charming dressing room.
Half a level below, you will find the eat-in kitchen and the second bedroom, which is furnished with a French bed.
Another half level down, there is an additional bathroom, which also has a dressing room.
Finally, on the lowest floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with two single beds, offering direct access to the pergola and forecourt.

Large garden, lawn, and orchard, all fenced. Below is a fenced forest with our free-roaming animals.

Special feature:
You may charge your electric car for free, provided there is sufficient sunshine. Otherwise, the general rule is: during the day there is usually more than enough electricity to use, and at night no high-powered appliances should be switched on.

Around the house, you may find three cats roaming the area. These are our animals. We feed them regularly in one of the stables. We kindly ask you not to feed or allow them into the house, though.
