Welcome to the “Holzerland” apartment—your cozy upper-floor maisonette apartment for a relaxing vacation on the Bodden. The apartment spans two levels and offers the ideal retreat for up to four people to enjoy nature, tranquility, and the special atmosphere of the Bodden landscape.

A special highlight are the two balconies facing west and south. From here, a beautiful view of the Bodden unfolds. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast in the sun, a fresh breeze in the afternoon, or the sunset in the evening—here you can relax and enjoy your vacation outdoors.

On the upper floor is the bright living room with a practical kitchenette that has everything you need to comfortably prepare your own meals during your stay. Also on this floor is the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. A bedroom with two single beds offers additional sleeping accommodations.

A staircase leads to the attic, where you’ll find the second bedroom with a comfortable double bed—a quiet retreat for restful nights.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available during your stay. There is a parking space and a lockable bike shed right on the property.

Since your four-legged companions are very welcome, you’re welcome to bring your pet along. However, we kindly ask that you bring and use your own dog blanket or dog bed for your dog. This helps keep the apartment clean and comfortable for guests who are traveling without pets. Thank you very much for your consideration and understanding!

Two bicycles are available free of charge for your excursions in the area. Please note that these are older bicycles that have been repaired and are regularly inspected to ensure they are roadworthy. Since signs of wear and tear and age-related deterioration cannot be ruled out, you use them at your own risk. We do not provide any guarantee or assume any liability for the functionality of the bicycles.

The “Holzerland” apartment is the perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway with views of the Bodden, nature, and North German coastal charm.
