The Pixie House is a thoughtfully designed one-bedroom garden guesthouse offering a peaceful and private retreat in the Ojai Valley. Set within a serene residential property, it features its own fully fenced yard and a warm, inviting interior with a comfortable living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy home-style living. The bedroom includes a King bed, and the home is completed by a full bathroom with all essential amenities.

Outdoors, guests can relax in a charming garden setting with picnic seating, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening cozy on the outdoor couch. The property includes two additional guesthouses, each separately fenced to ensure privacy and a sense of independence for every stay. Designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, the Pixie House is well-suited for both couples and solo travelers.

Located a short drive from downtown Ojai’s shops, restaurants, galleries, farmers market, and nearby hiking trails. Whether you’re here to explore the valley or simply slow down and recharge, the Pixie House provides a cozy and welcoming home base.

Private Wellness Stays
Our property is part of a Private Membership Association (PMA), hosted by our ministry, Sacred Ground Ojai. Through intentional hospitality, thoughtful property stewardship and selected space-transformation projects, we create places that are beautiful, peaceful and deeply cared for. After booking, the guest who made the reservation will just need to sign a quick membership agreement (no extra costs). You’re free to cancel your membership anytime after your visit.

While we honor the standard cancellation timeframes displayed on this platform, please be aware that as an Integrated Property Manager, we act as the Merchant of Record. All guest-initiated cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 3% administrative processing fee to cover non-refundable credit card merchant processing costs.
House Rules

Quiet Retreat – No Parties
This is a peaceful property intended for rest and relaxation. Parties, events, gatherings, and loud music are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.

No Smoking
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unapproved visitors.

General Courtesy & Compliance
Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors at all times. Any behavior that violates house rules or disrupts the peaceful nature of the property may result in immediate removal without refund.
