The modernly furnished “Wellenrauschen” vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of our house in a quiet residential area of Westerholt, near the North Sea. With approximately 40 square meters of living space, this apartment—freshly renovated at the end of 2021—accommodates 2 adults plus a toddler (a crib is provided). Our guests can use Wi-Fi free of charge. A parking space is available at no cost. The living/dining area features a well-equipped kitchen, including a stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, mini-oven, and dishwasher. A kettle, a coffee maker, as well as plates, cups, and cutlery, etc., are provided in ample quantities. A dining table adjacent to the kitchen, complete with modern stools, is at your disposal, as are the cozy sofa and flat-screen TV. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a closet. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. A light breakfast can also be booked upon request. Our beautiful vacation rental is located on a quiet side street in the town of Holtriem (East Frisia), about 12 km from the North Sea coast. The town has several shops, a few restaurants, a pharmacy, doctors, a bakery, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The Holtriem hiking trail is just a few minutes away—ideal for taking a long walk or starting your day with a bike ride—perhaps straight to the coast or to the “Ewige Meer” (approx. 6 km away).
